THIS IS TO ALLOW THE CRUTCH TO ‘HANG’ OFF YOUR FOREARM WHEN YOU HAVE TO LET GO OF THE HANDGRIP TO REACH FOR SOMETHING. IF THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT YOU MUST SPECIFY THIS AT TIME OF ORDERING SO THAT WE CAN VERIFY THAT WE HAVE UNMODIFIED CUFFS IN STOCK.
